CCDM now offers two ways to join or renew your membership: online and by mail!
Please note that CCDM has three membership categories:

• Student
• General
• Practitioner - Mediator, Other ADR & Collaborative (Attorney, Mental Health and Financial Specialist)

TO DETERMINE YOUR MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY, please CAREFULLY REVIEW all of the instructions and requirements described in the PRACTITIONER MEMBER APPLICATION and MINIMUM STANDARDS FORM FOR COLLABORATIVE PRACTITIONERS. If you do not meet all of the requirements for Practitioner Membership, please submit your application for either General Membership or Student Membership.

2010 Membership Renewal Deadline is June 30, 2010.

To remain a General or Practitioner Member in good standing, please renew your membership no later than June 30, 2010. Thereafter, all benefits of membership will cease (including no access to CCDM ListServ Community or discounted program/conference registration fees, and Practitioner Member listings will be removed from our website membership directory).
